How Tracking Works
Open Tracking
When an email is sent, a tiny invisible tracking pixel is embedded. When the recipient opens the email, the pixel loads and records the open event. Opens are tracked automatically for all emails.

Click Tracking
All links in your emails are automatically wrapped with tracking URLs. When a subscriber clicks a link, the system records the click before redirecting to the destination. This allows you to see which links are most popular.

Real-Time Updates
Analytics are updated in real-time as opens and clicks occur. Refresh your analytics dashboard to see the latest metrics. Data is stored permanently for historical analysis.
Key Metrics Explained
Open Rate
The percentage of delivered emails that were opened. Calculated as: (Opens / Delivered) × 100. Industry average is typically 20-25%.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
The percentage of delivered emails that resulted in at least one click. Calculated as: (Unique Clicks / Delivered) × 100. Good CTR is typically 2-5%.
Click-to-Open Rate (CTOR)
The percentage of opened emails that resulted in clicks. Calculated as: (Clicks / Opens) × 100. This shows how engaging your content is to those who open.
